• Public Input Opportunity on Monday, July 28th at 7pm at the Annapolis City Council meeting on bill O-14-25, which will allow the rezoning of Dock Street to do, among other things, increase the height/bulk of new buildings and allow a large hotel with a rooftop bar. The proposed height change has spot zoning concerns, in addition to concerns regarding residential parking associated with large scale developments.  The City Council needs to hear your views.

• I have appeared at many City Council and Commission hearings in-person over the last few years, including recently on the City Dock Plan, the City Dock historic preservation height limitation change (hotel)  and the Market House lease to advocate for transparency, fiscal responsibility and more resident centric policies. I am involved in forming Save Our Harbor, a citizen coalition to push back on the proposal for a 90+ slip marina at the City Dock. www.saveouharbor.com.
